A ride is only definitively booked once you receive confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp. Be sure to check the details—you are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Our drivers typically wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the agreed-upon time. After that, additional waiting time charges may apply.
For airport transfers we monitor real-time flight information, but in case of extreme delays (>60 min) additional charges may apply or replacement cannot be guaranteed.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made immediately by debit card, cash, or online in advance. Different terms may apply to business customers.
We do our utmost to get you to your destination safely and on time. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, force majeure, or incorrect information.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a ride in the event of inappropriate behavior or dangerous situations. In such cases, the full fare will still be charged.
