Fares

At Taxi Amsterdam Centrale, you never pay more than necessary. We adhere to the maximum rates as set by the National governmentThis way you can be sure you'll be seated fairly — whether you board on the street or reserve in advance.

The fare consists of a starting rate, a kilometer rate, and a time rate. If you're traveling with multiple people or in a van, different rates apply. Below, you'll find a clear overview of the current rates.

Sometimes traffic doesn't quite flow as planned. If you encounter a traffic jam or encounter a bridge, the time rate will be automatically calculated. No hidden costs—just fair and consistent with national guidelines. And: the faster your ride, the cheaper it is.

Does the driver need to wait for you? No problem, as long as we agree on this beforehand. For example, if your meeting runs late or you need extra time at a location. In that case, the official waiting rate of €57.20 per hour applies.

Some trips are recurring. To Schiphol, back home, or from one city to another. For these types of routes, we offer fixed fares. This way, you know exactly what it will cost in advance—very convenient if you need to make a quick decision.
