Bookings and confirmation<\/h2><p>A ride is only definitively booked once you receive confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp. Be sure to check the details\u2014you are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.<\/p><h2>2. Cancellations and no-shows<\/h2><ul><li>You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.<\/li><li>In case of cancellation within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge (part of) the fare.<\/li><li>In case of no-show without notification, 100% will be charged of the fare.<\/li><\/ul><h2>3. Waiting costs and delays<\/h2><p>Our drivers typically wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the agreed-upon time. After that, additional waiting time charges may apply.<\/p><p>For airport transfers we monitor real-time flight information, but in case of extreme delays (&gt;60 min) additional charges may apply or replacement cannot be guaranteed.<\/p><h2>4. Payments<\/h2><p>Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made immediately by debit card, cash, or online in advance. Different terms may apply to business customers.<\/p><h2>5. Liability<\/h2><p>We do our utmost to get you to your destination safely and on time. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, force majeure, or incorrect information.<\/p><h2>6. Behavior and safety<\/h2><p>We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a ride in the event of inappropriate behavior or dangerous situations. In such cases, the full fare will still be charged.<\/p><h2>7. Data processing<\/h2><p>Your information will only be used to provide our services and communicate about your booking.
